Personal Defense ReadinessTM is a state of the art personal protection and life enhancing system offered exclusively in San Diego at Immortal Fitness Martial Arts.
It is one of the most comprehensive conflict management programs in the world.
Developed by world-renowned expert Tony Blauer, it is a comprehensive behaviorally based system.
PDRTM provides our staff with a powerful tool to address not only physical protection but also the more common emotional & psychological attacks we and our children face. The skills taught allow our students to peacefully detect, defuse, and resolve most everyday conflicts.
Our P.D.R. Courses are offered as: Custom group Sessions, Private Tutorials, and a part of our traditional martial arts classes.
