Office Workout
These excercises were created by personal trainers in san diego and can be done by using the water jugs in the break room of your office.
The first exercise is a basic row that you can do in the break room and lets you get the blood moving without drawing too much attention to yourself.
The second exercise is for those who want to really turn up the heat. The water cooler swing and the shoulder press variation both accelerate your heart rate providing more oxygen to the brain and may contribute to a more productive workday.
