Brilliant Flu Season Training Supplement

I started using Cellucor R3 in the first week of October. I deliberately attempted to overtrain to assess the efficacy of the product. I've notcied considerably less D.O.M.S or delayed onset of muscle soreness, quicker recovery, and although I caught a bit of a nose tickle, my body effectively fought off potential illnesses while those around me caught full on flu symptoms.
The last week of October I decided to train a week without the supplement, and paid the cost. I was significantly sore as I normally would be after high intensity training, and by the weekend I caught all out cold symptoms.
