6:00 PMKickboxOur Kickboxing class is composed of a 25 minute series of shadow boxing excercises known as Fa Jin. Fa Jin trains the body to produce optimal power by engaging the legs, core and abs, and upper body in every technique resulting in a whole body workout and enhanced body mechanics.
6:30 PMFitSparHit fast! Hit hard! FitSpar is a safe and cooperative 25 minute series of boxing excercises that allow you to hit boxing mitts. Hitting an object provides resistance, resulting in more calories burned and greater punching power.
