What We Do

Immortal Fitness is a private Personal Training studio that offers semi-private Martial Arts group classes that provide fun and exciting ways to get fit while learning valuable self-defense skills.

Immortal Fitness Martial Arts programs include Tai Chi, Kickboxing, Chinese Fencing, and Praying Mantis Kung Fu. Our programs are designed to give you the optimal balance between mind and body fitness by training your composure to become resistant to stressors. We utilize the latest advances in human movement science coupled with thousands of years of eastern traditional wisdom so you can learn to effectively defend yourself, keep a level head, and resolve conflicts.

Our Personal Trainers provide a variety of functional training regimens that include kettlebells, pilates, and corrective exercises to help alleviate joint and back pains while you become leaner, faster, and stronger.
